About me
Welcome! I work with career-minded people who want to make changes to improve their lives. I strive to create a warm, collaborative connection with people so you can talk about your challenges and learn tools to cope better.
I have worked extensively with people who struggle with excessive worry, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and Substance use concerns. I am fortunate to have worked alongside people belonging to 2SLGBTQIA and BIPOC communities and recognize how oppressions can affect mental health.
